7 modules of 90 minutes, as a complete programme for public open groups; or a complete or customized programme for in-house groups.

Personal Assistants, senior secretaries, management assistants and executive assistants who are looking to develop their role.The aims are to improve your insights and gain up to date techniques and tactics in line with the higher level responsibilities and the changing expectations of the PA/EA role.
