Suitable for

Supervisors, First Line Managers and Team Leaders of all types of teams - Virtual teams working remotely or teams working in the same location, as these core skills are key where ever your staff are located.

Supervisors, First Level Managers and Team Leaders who have been in the role for a short time and would like to gain a better understanding of what is involved in motivating, delegating and overseeing team and individual tasks and to gain commitment to get them right first time.
